Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 business days within Lagos. Delivery time outside Lagos varies. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Methods: We offer Standard Shipping. Express Shipping is available within Lagos only, cost is determined at the point of shipping.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email and/or text. You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website where applicable.

International Shipping: Doorstep and post shipping are available. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Custom duties and taxes are usually covered in the shipping fee except where stated otherwise. We do not ship fragrances.
